Ne ilham verir sana?

I am inspired by others who have done amazing things just by doing a small part at at time; mother Teresa, Nelson Mandela, my parents and the list could go on!
I am inspired by the deep desire to 'make the world a better place' and as I get older, it is clearer that my focus should be on education (in all senses of the word). Africa inspires me (both positively and negatively) because it is constantly throwing up new opportunities.
I am inspired that after a brutal civil war in Sierra Leone, the country is emerging and trying to progress the industries we have. With this in mind, I am inspired by the small minority of Sierra Leoneans who have returned home to create and take the necessary steps in order to put Sierra Leone (and the rest of Africa on the map).

The wars in Sierra Leone, Ivory Coast, Liberia, DRC, Central African Republic, Uganda and all the other African nations have made me realise that education is key.
With a better understanding of life, sanitation, finance etc, it is possible to get the world's poor out of poverty.

Good leaders do just that; lead!
Good leaders take the difficult decisions in the interest of the cause. Good leaders teach how one is to work in order to achieve a goal/set of goals. Good leaders are humble but powerful, intelligent but teachable and most important, a good leader is able to listen, therefore someone who can be easily approached.
