True leadership inspires me. Leaders who see a problem that affects their community and then through self sacrifice go on to mobilize others to affect a solution to that problem. Problem solvers on a global scale. That is what inspires me.

A good leader is someone who is constantly thinking about the interests of the people they lead. A good leader is not interested in getting fame or glory, they are simply interested in improving the quality of life for the people they lead. A good leader must be able to identify a problem, see how it impacts others, and then be able to mobilize them to affect a solution to the problem.

This site is amazing. I recently created an event and a web page on your site. I am able to browse through profiles of leader after leader. Essentially, anyone that takes the initiative to connect with others, must have some kind of leadership spark. When these kids and adults attempt to improve the lives of others through group mobilization and activity, it is a testament to the good that your site does.
